1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ayris Beauty Machine ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and choose a unique username.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
• You must confirm your email address before accessing account features.

3. User Content

By submitting content to the Platform, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to share the content you submit.
• Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the service.
• You retain ownership of your original content and may delete it at any time.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Submit spam, automated content, or commercial advertisements without permission
• Manipulate the reputation or hierarchy system through fraudulent activity
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Scrape or bulk-download platform content
• Impersonate other users or platform administrators

5. Hierarchy & Reputation

The Platform operates a 9-level hierarchy system based on reputation points earned through legitimate contributions. Reputation is awarded for creating posts, receiving votes, and other constructive activities. Administrators reserve the right to adjust reputation and hierarchy levels in cases of abuse or policy violations.

6. Solicit Court & Governance

The Solicit Court allows eligible users to submit petitions for community consideration. Petition outcomes are advisory and subject to review by Wardens and administrators. The Platform reserves final decision-making authority on all governance matters.

7. Donations & Payments

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Stripe processes card payments securely. The Platform does not store card details.
• Cryptocurrency donations are sent directly to published wallet addresses and are irreversible.
• Donations do not grant additional privileges, reputation, or hierarchy advancement.

8. Content Moderation

The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards. Users with appropriate hierarchy levels may participate in content moderation through edit suggestions and the Solicit Court. Administrators have final authority over all moderation decisions.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, posts, and associated data. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Literary works hosted on the platform are presented for educational and cultural purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
